Casa Ta features 8 elegant bedrooms thoughtfully arranged on a single level: 4 spacious king suites and 4 double suites with queen beds, several of them offering stunning ocean views. Some suites also feature a rooftop terrace with a private plunge pool, creating intimate and exclusive spaces to unwind while enjoying the sound and ocean breeze of the Pacific.

Where You'll Be Staying
Rancho Neptuno is a quiet, low-key stretch of coast outside the main Puerto Escondido strip — private and away from the crowds, while still keeping La Punta and the airport within easy reach.
Good to Know Before You Book
Security deposit: A $30,000 MXN security deposit is required at check-in and held on your credit card. It's fully refundable after check-out once the property has been confirmed to be in the same condition as on arrival.
Staff hours: Maintenance and housekeeping run 8:00am–4:00pm. Kitchen service is recommended 10:00am–8:00pm (adjustable up to 10:00pm, respecting a 10-hour workday max). Overnight security is on-site 8:00pm–6:00am.
Meals & groceries: A private chef is included with your stay as part of the house staff, ready to prepare your meals throughout your visit. Groceries and ingredients are billed separately and are not included in the rental price. A pre-arrival grocery shopping service is included, with delivery the following day by 12:00pm, and additional grocery runs are available for $500 MXN per trip.
Kitchen use: The professional production kitchen is operated exclusively by house staff and isn't available for guest use.
